Order and Shipping Information
Lea Nyland Studio is a young contemporary, made to order and small batch studio. We do everything in-house and all our garments are hand made. We do custom pieces upon request and also sell unique pieces through our online store. All custom orders will be shipped within 2-6 weeks from purchase. Any order made from our online shop will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our studio in London. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with all tracking information.
Returns
As we are a small studio we offer refunds, but do charge for the shipping cost of said return. This shipping charge will be subtracted from the refund. We offer returns and exchanges as long as the product is unwashed, unworn with tags attached, including purchase receipt within 14 days from purchase date. Defective merchandise is also eligible for exchange.
How To?
To return or exchange an item please:
1) Fill out the box below, making sure to add order number to the subject line.
2) Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
3) Please note the nature of the return - doesn’t fit, just don’t like it, etc. in the message box.
Returns will be processed within 20 days.
